Complaint

We are sorry that your order did not meet your expectations. We always strive to always deliver above expectations.

If you complain about your item due to damage, delay or faulty production, we will make an objective assessment and request the return of the jewelry. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you always have a (three) 3-year right of complaint on all goods, which of course applies to all our jewelry.

In the event of a complaint, a notification must be made within a reasonable time. A complaint that occurs within two (2) months of the defect being discovered is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

The first step in making a complaint is to try to fix the fault. If this is not possible and the complaint is approved, we will replace you with a new product. Jewelry should be worn with great care and inspected regularly. We recommend that rings with diamonds should be inspected every six months to ensure that the diamonds are properly secured.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry for incidents due to manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not apply if you have made changes to the jewelry (such as resizing) through another jeweler during this period.

Remember to never wear your jewelry during times when extra wear may occur, such as exercising, gardening, washing dishes, when sleeping, and the like.

If we are unable to replace you with a similar item, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.
