Return
We apply a 30-day right of withdrawal for purchases on the website. The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders and does not apply if you have used the product and/or removed any seals.
Please remember that you must notify us of your cancellation within 30 days of receiving the item. For a smooth and secure return, please use our returns form and other instructions below.

- Fill out the web form below. Enter the same name and information as when you ordered. We will note your return and await the shipment. You are responsible for the return until it reaches us.
2. Pack everything the same way you received the package, ensure that everything that was included upon delivery is included in the package, for example diamond certificate, box, etc. Attach return documentation with order number.
Tape the package tightly and attach the return label over the previous delivery note. You are responsible for the return cost and we recommend that you choose the same delivery method as for your delivery (PostNord Brev or REK).

3. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have submitted proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.
